The Promise, in One Paragraph
When Ridgeline Roofing Co. finishes a job at your home, our work is backed by a written workmanship guarantee for 90 days from the date of service. If something we did doesn’t hold – a repair reopens, a flashing leaks, a job falls short of what we promised – we come back and make it right. No form to fill out. No fee. No arguing. That’s The Keystone Standard, and it means the same thing at every Ridgeline location across all 29 states we serve.
What’s Covered
- Our workmanship, full stop. Any task our crew performed on your roof, gutters, or related structure is covered against defects in how the work was done.
- Parts and materials we supplied and installed. If a component we sourced and put in place fails within 90 days because of how it was installed, that’s on us.
- A return visit at no charge. If you call within the 90-day window, we schedule a technician to come back – no service call fee, no hourly rate, no bill.
- A full re-do when a repair doesn’t hold. If we patch something and it opens back up, we don’t patch it again and wish you luck. We figure out what went wrong and we fix it correctly.
- Site clean-up on the return visit. Same standard as the first visit – uniformed crew, job site left clean, no debris left behind.
- Photo documentation. Our technicians document the original work and the return visit with photos taken from your actual roof, so there’s a clear record of what was done both times.
What Isn’t Covered
We try to be straight with people, which means being straight here too. A few things fall outside the promise – and we think you’ll agree they’re fair.
- Storm or accident damage that happens after our visit. If a tree limb comes down on the section we repaired two weeks later, that’s a new problem – not a failure of our work. Call us anyway; we’ll come look and give you an honest assessment.
- Work done by another contractor. If someone else touches the area after we finish, we can’t stand behind what we don’t know happened. We’ll still come out and tell you what we see.
- Parts or materials you supplied. We install products from seven manufacturer lines – GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral – because we know what those products do. If you provided the materials and they fail, that’s outside our control.
- Normal wear on equipment or surfaces we didn’t work on. A roof has a lifespan. We cover what we did, not the aging of areas we never touched.
- Issues you chose not to address when we flagged them. Sometimes our technicians find a second problem while fixing the first, and the homeowner decides to wait on it. That’s your call to make – but if that deferred item causes a later issue, it’s not part of this promise.
- Damage caused by conditions we warned you about. If we note a structural concern in writing and the work proceeds over that concern, anything that traces back to it sits outside the 90-day coverage.
How to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (844) 563-1816 or book online
A live person answers every call, around the clock – nights, weekends, and yes, during a storm. You don’t need a case number or a printout. Just call and tell us who you are.
Step 2: Tell us about the job and roughly when we were there
We keep every job on file – the date, the crew, the scope of work. You don’t need to hunt for a receipt or dig up an invoice number. If you remember the month and the address, we’ve got the rest.
Step 3: We schedule the return visit
We set a time that works for you and send the same caliber of background-checked, uniformed technician who handled the original job. No paperwork, no waiting period, no fee to schedule.
Step 4: We make it right
The technician reviews the work, identifies what went wrong, and fixes it to the standard the job required in the first place. If it takes more than one visit to do that properly, that’s what it takes.
Timing
The 90-day window runs from the date your original service was completed – not from when you call, not from when the problem shows up. If you notice something on day 91, call us. We’re not going to look at a calendar and close the door on you. We’ll come out, take a look, and tell you honestly what we find. Each Ridgeline location is independently operated, but every one of them honors this promise – it’s part of what The Keystone Standard means across all 29 states. The name on the truck is the name on the commitment.
