Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Ridgeline Roofing Co. team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.

Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate

We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.

How We Price Roofing Work

Every job at Ridgeline Roofing Co. is priced on its own, off a free written estimate - no hourly rate, no plan to join, nothing to sign up for. You get the full number for your specific job, in writing, before a single shingle moves. That number is what you pay.

The reason we work this way is simple: a roof job isn’t an oil change. Two houses on the same street can need completely different scopes of work, and a homeowner deserves to see exactly what they’re agreeing to before anyone climbs a ladder. Pete Navarro has run jobs this way since the beginning, and it’s the only model that keeps us honest. No line items appear on the invoice that weren’t on the estimate. The number doesn’t drift.

What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free, and there’s no obligation attached to it.

When we come out, a background-checked, uniformed technician goes up on your roof - not to the end of your driveway - and takes photos of what’s actually there. You get a clear written estimate that covers the full scope of work before we ask you to decide anything. The visit typically takes less than an hour. If the number works for you, great. If it doesn’t, you keep the photos and the information, and you owe us nothing. We’d rather earn the job than pressure you into it.

When People Usually Call Us

Roofing work tends to come up in a handful of situations, and after more than 42 years in this trade, we’ve seen most of them.

Storm season is the most common trigger. A bad night of hail or wind sends people up into the attic with a flashlight the next morning, and what they find there is usually why they call. Emergency response is something we take seriously - a live person answers our phone around the clock, every night and weekend included, because storms don’t keep business hours.

Planned replacements are a different conversation. Late spring through fall is when most homeowners schedule that work, partly because the materials need dry conditions to set properly and partly because a full crew can move efficiently when the weather cooperates. If you’ve been watching a roof age for a few years and you’re ready to stop watching, that window is worth planning for.

Fall is also when we hear from people thinking about gutters, pre-winter inspections, and the seasonal tune-up. A small issue caught in October is a much different conversation than the same issue caught in February. We’re not in the business of manufacturing urgency, but we are in the business of being straightforward about what we see.

What You Can Expect From Us Either Way

Whether you’re calling after a storm at midnight or scheduling a routine tune-up on a Tuesday, the standards don’t change.

Every job runs on upfront written pricing - the estimate is the price, full stop. Every job is covered by the 90-Day Done Right Promise: a written workmanship guarantee with no paperwork, no arguing, and no runaround. If something isn’t right, we come back and make it right. That’s the Keystone Standard applied to roofing, and it’s been our standard since 1984.

The technician who shows up will be background-checked and in uniform. He’ll have photos from your actual roof, not a general speech about what roofs like yours tend to need. We install from seven manufacturer lines - GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral - so the materials on your job are the real thing, not a substitution that showed up because something else was out of stock.

Most jobs are completed in a single visit. We’ll be there when we say we will.

Common Questions

Is the estimate really free?

Yes, the written estimate costs you nothing and carries no obligation. A technician visits your property, goes up on the roof, documents what he finds with photos, and hands you a written price before any work begins. You decide from there - no pressure, no follow-up calls designed to wear you down.

Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?

No, and that’s deliberate. We price every job off a free written estimate - one clear number for one specific job, confirmed in writing before work starts. There’s no financing product, no membership, no subscription, and nothing to sign up for. A square deal with a number you can see is simpler and fairer than anything else we could offer.

Can I use two offers at the same time?

One offer per household per visit. If you’re not sure which one applies best to your situation, ask the technician when he’s on-site - he’ll tell you plainly. The offers shown on this page are the ones that exist; there are no hidden discounts we’re keeping in a drawer.

Does the price change once work starts?

No. The written estimate is the price. If a technician uncovers something during the job that wasn’t visible during the inspection - it happens occasionally, especially under old flashing or in a valley - we stop, tell you what we found, and give you a revised estimate before doing anything additional. Work doesn’t proceed beyond the original scope without your approval, in writing.
