What Our Promise Actually Means
If the work isn’t right, we come back and make it right - no forms to fill out, no case number to track, and nothing to pay for the return visit. That’s the 90-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s written down, not implied.
Most guarantee language is written to protect the company. Ours is written to protect you. The 90-Day Done Right Promise is part of The Keystone Standard - the family guarantee that Keystone companies sign onto and that Ridgeline Roofing Co. carries into every job we touch. The family stands behind the brand. The brand stands behind the crew that shows up at your door. That chain is intentional, and it’s short enough that accountability actually works.
What you’re entitled to is simple: if something about the work isn’t right within 90 days, you call us. We come back out. We fix it. You don’t argue with a call center, you don’t submit photos to a third-party adjuster, and you don’t wait to see if we show up. You’re entitled to a straight answer and a crew back on your roof. That’s the whole thing.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A one-truck shop can give you a personal relationship with one person. What it can’t give you is a guarantee that person is available at 2 a.m. after a storm punches a hole in your roof on a Saturday in November.
Ridgeline Roofing Co. operates across nine locations in eight states, and every one of those locations runs the same system: a live person on the phone around the clock, local crews who know the region, and trucks stocked to handle the calls that come in. When you call (844) 563-1816, you reach a person - not a menu, not a voicemail box, not a callback window. That person starts the process right then.
From there: an estimator reaches your property within two business days, and you have a written estimate in your hands within one business day of that visit. We built the dispatch network to hold that window honestly, not to print it in a brochure and hope for the best. Nine locations means local availability without the limitations of a single-truck operation. That’s what the national footprint is actually for.
How We Make It Right
You Tell Us
Call (844) 563-1816 - any hour, any day. Tell the person who answers what you’re seeing. That’s the entire first step. There’s no online form required, no case number generated, no waiting until Monday morning for the office to open. You have 90 days from job completion, and the clock is clearly stated in your written guarantee.
We Come Back Out
We send a background-checked, uniformed technician back to your property. They come prepared to assess the issue and document it with photos taken from your actual roof. You won’t get a driveway conversation about why the problem isn’t our problem. You’ll get someone on the roof, looking at it.
We Fix It
If the work is ours and it isn’t right, we correct it. No charge for the return visit, no charge for the repair. The materials we use come from the same seven manufacturer lines we use on every job: GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral. No substitutions, no downgraded parts to close out a warranty call on the cheap.
You Sign Off
The job isn’t done until you say it’s done. We don’t leave and consider the matter closed. You walk the work, you confirm it’s right, and you decide when to sign off. That’s the “Done Right” part of the name - it means done to your standard, not ours.
What Stands Behind the Promise
A guarantee is only as good as the people and systems behind it, so here’s what’s actually behind ours.
Every technician we send to your home is background-checked and arrives in uniform. We adopted that standard the same way Pete Navarro explains it: we work in your house the way we’d work in our mother’s. That’s not a line from a brochure. It’s the “Your Home First” value we call out by name in our internal training, and it shows up in how our crews conduct themselves from the driveway to the ridge.
The pricing is upfront, in writing, before a single nail is pulled. The number on your estimate is the number on your invoice. No hourly rates, no surprises when the crew wraps up. Most jobs are completed in a single visit, which means less disruption and a faster return to normal.
And the materials are specified on the estimate. We’re authorized installers for GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral. What we quote is what goes on your roof. That matters on a warranty claim, and it matters every day after.
Ridgeline has operated since 1984 – over 42 years of answering for our work. We hire local crews and train apprentices into journeymen because we plan to be in your community in thirty years. Companies with that kind of horizon don’t cut corners on a roof they’ll be driving past for decades.
Ask Us to Prove It
Call (844) 563-1816 any hour of the day or night and a real person will pick up. You can also book online. The full terms of the 90-Day Done Right Promise are on our terms page – read them before you hire us. We’d rather you understand exactly what we’re committing to than take our word for it.
