One of our background-checked, uniformed technicians will come to your home, get up on the roof, and take photos from up there – not from the driveway, not from memory. You’ll see what we see. At the end of the visit, you get a full written estimate covering exactly what the job requires. Then you decide. If the number doesn’t work for you, or you want a second opinion, that’s your call to make. We’ll wish you well either way. Most people appreciate knowing they can pick up the phone without it costing them anything to find out where they stand.

Storm season brings the emergency calls. A hard line of weather rolls through overnight, and by morning there’s a soft spot in the ceiling or shingles in the yard. Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?

Can I combine two offers?

One offer per household per visit. If you’re unsure which one fits your situation best, the person who answers when you call can help you sort it out before we schedule anything. We’d rather you ask up front than feel like you missed something later.

Does the price change once you’re on the job?

No. The written estimate is the price. If we open something up and find a condition that wasn’t visible from the surface – which does happen – we stop work, show you what we found, and give you a revised number before we continue. Nothing moves forward until you’ve agreed to it in writing. No surprises on the bill is not a slogan here; it’s how we invoice.
