These states currently have protected territory available for qualified owner-operators:

How Territories Work
A Ridgeline territory is exclusive and protected. When we draw your boundary, that’s yours. No other Ridgeline operator can market inside it, bid inside it, or put a yard sign inside it. We base territory size on housing density, median home age, storm frequency, and real income data, not on how many franchises we want to sell this quarter.
The reservation process is straightforward. You submit an inquiry, we review your background and financial qualifications, then we schedule a call to walk through available territory maps in your preferred region. If there’s a match and we both decide to move forward, the territory is held with a deposit while you complete training. No bidding wars, no races to sign. We move at the pace that lets us both be sure.
